    1 Bag (16 oz) of thawed Hash Browns
    1 Cup (1 small) Bell Pepper
    1 Cup (1 small) Onion
    1Jalapeno Pepper
    2 Cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    4 Turkey Sausage Pattie (jimmy dean) chopped
    Egg Beaters 32 oz.
    Season to Taste


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl then pour into a casserole dish. Pour in egg beaters and bake for 50 minutes.

Serving Size: While in dish cut into 8 equal servings.
