    1 Box Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix
    1 cup water
    2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 large egg
    3 large egg whites
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    3/4 cup raisins
    2 pckgs The Laughing Cow Cinnamon Cream Cheese (16 wedges)
    2 TBSP Unsweetened Almond Milk


Heat oven to 350* Grease bottom only of 13X9 inch pan.
Beat cake mix, water, applesauce, eggs and carrots in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins.
Bake for 31-36 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes befreo removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting.

While cake is cooling, beat together the cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread onto cooled cake.

Serving Size: Makes 16 Square Servings
