Ingredients

    1 lb. Shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1 large onion
    2 large peppers
    1 small head of napa cabbage
    197 grams fresh broccoli
    1 small summer squash
    114 grams mushrooms
    6 oz. snow peas
    8 oz. water sliced chestnuts
    1.5 Tbsp. olive oil
    .5 Tbsp fish seasoning
    .5 Tbsp ground ginger
    .5 Tbsp black pepper


Tips

Serve with soy sauce (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL INFO) if desired.


Directions

Cut the vegetables up into bite sized pieces. Add all ingredients into a large skillet or wok. Cook on medium high heat until veggies are limp and shrimp has a pink color to it.
