Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 1/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup soy oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and wet in another. Stir wet into dry. Heat waffle iron and add slightly less than one cup of better per waffle.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 6 inch waffles
