    Fennel bulb
    Leek (1 stalk, lower portion)
    Garlic powder
    Red pepper flakes
    Lite sodium soy sauce (optional)
    Chicken or vegetable bouillon ( I use Herbox Vegetable or Chicken packets with no sodium, no MSG, no Gluten)
    4 cups water
    Light soy milk
    Great Northern beans (1 - 15.8oz can drained and rinsed)


Spray bottom of pot with Pam or add a few Tblsp of water. Chop all veggies and place in pot. Sautee. Add the spices and soy sauce. After about 5 -10 minutes add the 4 cups of water with 2 packets of bouillon. Bring to a boil. Let cool down a little. Pour pot mixture into blender or use hand blender and blend. Add back to pot. Add soy milk to create more creamy consistency if you want. Lastly, add beans. Mix and simmer for 10 minutes.
