Ingredients

    - Black-eyed peas 1/2 c. dry- cooked with salt
    - Beans, pinto, 1/2 c. dry- cooked with salt
    - Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup pre-cooked
    - Beans, red kidney, 1 can
    - Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cans
    - Tomato Paste, 1 12.5oz can
    - Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added,1 12.5 oz can
    - Chicken Breast (1lb) cooked and shredded
    - 3 Tsp ground cumin
    - 2Tsp ground cayenne pepper
    - 2.5 c water

Directions

Throw everything in a crock pot on low and cook while you're at work.
