Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless breast
    1 container Swanson Chicken stock low sodium
    baby carrots 1C
    celery 1C
    onion 1/4 medium
    2 cloves of garlic
    egg noodles 1/2 pkg

Directions

Place 2 chicken breast (boneless/skinless) in crockpot, add chopped onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Pour half the chicken stock and cook on low for 6 hours. After 6 hours add the rest of the stock and noodles then cook on high for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over mashed potato if desired.
