Simple appetizer for party's, but great for lunch too! Simple appetizer for party's, but great for lunch too!
Number of Servings: 15

    1 Can of Crescent Rolls
1 Package of Cream Cheese (Greek if Available)
    1 Packet of Ranch (Dry)
    2 Cups Chopped Broccoli
    2 Cups Chopped Cauliflower
1 Cup Chopped or Shredded Carrots
    .5 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup Chopped or Diced Cucumber
    1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Feel free to use whatever vegetables you like, these are just the most commonly used.

Remove crescent rolls from package. Place on a cookie sheet. Spread the crescents to cover the whole sheet, with no separations in the dough. Pinch the seams to ensure they stay, this will become your "pizza dough." Place in the oven until slightly golden brown.

While dough is cooling, mix cream cheese and packet of ranch dressing, make sure to combined it well. Then chop all of the vegetables, making sure they are not too large, bite size or a little smaller is best.

Once dough has cooled, spread the ranch cream cheese mixture evenly over the top. Then top with vegetables, followed by the cheese. Slice into squares. If using for a party smaller squares make great appetizers!

Serving Size: Makes 15 Square Slices
