Ingredients

    5 cups flour
    3 cups milk (skim)
    1/4 sugar
    2 tsp salt
    3 tbsp baking powder
    Crisco

Tips

You can make the pieces as big or small as you like. This is just how big I make them & it made 16 pieces that were about 6 inches


Directions

Mix dry ingredients then make well in center.
Add milk slowly while stirring the flour in.
Heat oil on medium heat
Scoop out big mixing spoonful size onto flour surface. Press out into circle
Put dough in oil until brown on edges then flip over & do other side til golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 16-6 inch pieces
