    3 cups quick oats
    1 cup flax meal
    1 c plain yogurt
    2 scoops protein powder
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1/2 c honey


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. line a baking pan with foil or wax paper. pour into pan, smotthing into a flat surface. refrigerate an hour. cut into bars. enjoy!
