Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen and thawed.


Tips

if the coconut oil is very solid, melt before adding. Add separately and immediately blend to distribute evenly before it resolidifies.


Directions

Puree strawberries until smooth with half of the water. Add honey, coconut oil cinnamon and vanilla extract and puree. Add yogurt and puree. If needed add the remaining water a tbsp at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
