    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) chopped
    4 carrots chopped
    Onions, raw, 4 cup, chopped
    Celery, 6 stalks chopped
    Heinz Canada Fancy Tomato Juice, 5.44 cup
    Garlic, 4 cloves minced
    Sweet peppers (bell) 2 medium chopped
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Aylmer Diced Tomatoes, 3.184 cup


You can add spices to suit your taste


1. chop up the cabbage, peel and chop the carrots, seed and chop the peppers, chop the celery and onion, mince the garlic.
2. Add all of the ingredients to an extra large pot (at least 4.5 liters)
3. Bring to a boil, then allow to simmer for about an hour, or until vegetables are cooked.
