    Trader Joes Italian Lasagna Noodles 1 box
    Trader Giotto's Low Fat Tuscano Marinara Sauce 28 oz
    Trader Joe's, Turkey Meatballs 1 bag
    Trader Joe's Light Shredded Mozzarella, 12 oz
    1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 3 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup
    1 TBSP italian seasoning


I peek in after 20 to 30 minutes to make sure the noodles dont need to be pushed into the lasagna to properly cook. Sometimes the uncooked noodles buckle especially with the meatballs.


microwave meatballs cut i half, Mix cottage cheese, egg substitute garlic and spice in a bowl. Layer the sauce, uncooked noodles, then half of cottage cheese mixture, more noodles sauce then a layer of meatballs and mozzarella. Keep layering as desired until ingredients are used, putting parmesan cheese on top of last layer of noodles and sauce. and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
