    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
    1 can 29oz enchilda sauce
    1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 cups shredded monterrey/colby cheese
    1 can 4oz green chili
    10 medium flour tortillas


In medium mixing bowl, mix chicken, 3-4 tablespoons enchilada sauce, artichoke, onions, 1 1/2 cups cheese, and green chili. Divide mixture evenly on tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in 13X9 pan. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Heat in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
