    1/4c. old fashioned oats
    2tbsp. quinoa flour***
    1/2c. almond milk
    1/2tsp vanilla extract
    dash of cinnamon
    1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder(10grams)
    1tbsp sliced almonds(7grams), or other favorite nut

    Optional Add In's:
    Sweetener of choice(Stevia, Sugar, Honey)
    Flax seed, chia seeds
    Raisins, dates, dried figs, dried blueberries
    Fresh fruits such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries, apples, or pears.

    ***Quinoa flour is EASY to make! Place dry quinoa in a food processor, Ninja blender, or Vitamix and spin until it is the consistency of flour.


I like to use the small 8oz. canning jars to make all kinds of overnight cereals. Be experimental with different flavoring extracts, cocoa powders, nuts, nut butters, and fruits! Endless possibilities!!!


Put the first 6 ingredients, including sweetener if using) in a 1 cup container with a tight fitting lid (such as a small 8oz mason jar, or Rubbermaid bowl) Put the lid on tightly and give it a good shake until all the ingredients are mixed. Carefully remove the lid and add in any of the add ins you can fit into the bowl. Gently stir with a fork. Put the lid back on and store in the fridge overnight. Ready to eat straight from the fridge!
