Ingredients

    5 cups unsweetened coconut
    3/4 c sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 eggs
    tsp almond extract
    tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Whip eggs with sugar. Add extracts and salt. Stir in coconut. Form into 30 balls. Bake on parchment lined sheets for 20 min.
