8c. Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
3/4c. Almonds
1/2c. Sunflower Seeds, without salt
1c Raisins
1/3c Maple Syrup
1/3c. Honey
1.5t Vanilla Extract
1.5t Cinnamon, ground
1/3c. Olive Oil
3/4t Great Value Iodized Salt
Tips
Ensure your oats are noted to be gluten free.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Combine oats, nuts, and raisins in a mixing bowl.
3. Simmer everything else in a small saucepan. Pour liquid over dry and combine.
4. Bake for 24 minutes, stirring halfway. Will be slightly gooey out of the oven but will harden as it cools.
Serving Size: Makes about 10 .5c servings
