Introduction
Wraps, pitas, and 'flats' have about the same calories as low cal bread averaging 100cal/sandwich. The least caloric is a small (6") corn tortilla at 80cal. No wrapping happening there. 10" circles are wrappable, but 12" circles (burrito size) are easier. This makeover subs nori, which is the outside of sushi, or dried seaweed. Ingredients
-
1 sheet nori
1/2 t mayo (skimpin', full fat is entered-- it's homemade)
1/2 t mustard (heapin')
24g=~1/3c or one layer fresh baby spinach
four slices oval turkey lunchmeat (Oscar Meyer) with the flats along each border
51g cucumber (thinnish slices to create one row)
21g Red Bell Pepper (enough for two slices for the length, I had a tall one that covered half the length so total four slices)

Directions
Put nori on a kitchen towel. Thinly spread on the mayo and mustard to make it easier to roll. Layer spinach to cover either removing stems or lying them from your left to right (easier to roll). Arrange luncheon meat on top of this.
Slide cucumber slices apart so that they are the length of the roll. Lay bell pepper on top of this.
Roll like sushi!
