    2 Medium or 1 Large Sweet Potato Grated
    1/2 cup Sugar
    2 Tablespoons full of Cornstarch
    Dash of Salt
    2 large eggs beaten
    2 1/2 cups whole milk (or fat free)
    1 teaspoon of Vanilla
    1/4 cup of brown sugar packed
    1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon


Use other things instead of sugar, egg or fat free milk or other milk.


Start by grating the peeled sweet potatoes. Then set the oven to preheat at 350 degrees. Mix the plain sugar, cornstarch and a dash of salt. Beat eggs then mix with the milk. Beat the milk/egg mix into the sugar mixture. Pour over the sweet potato and add vanilla, mix well. Put into a baking pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top, then bake for one hour until done when a knife in the middle comes out clean.
