Introduction

Ingredients

    100g Tiana Organic Coconut Flour
    100g Peaches-finely chopped
    50g Blueberries, squaeshed with the back of a spoon
    Enough water to make a porridge consistency

Tips

Add some gluten free rolled oats or activated buckwheat for a crunchy topping!


Directions

Mix all the ingredients until it is a porridge consistency,
Spoon into a 30cm x 15cm glass serving dish (oven proof)
Bake at 200C or until golden
Cool, cut and enjoy!
