Egg white omlet with left over meat and veggies!! Egg white omlet with left over meat and veggies!!

    two large egg whites beaten til frothy
    6 leaves of fresh spinach
    2 TBSP fat free feta cheese
    2 oz pork tenderlion chopped
    4 med mushrooms chopped into bite pieces
    2 TBPS reduce fat cheddar cheese
    cooking spray
    omlet pan.


I use any cooked veggies that I have left over or veggies to use befor shopping (peppers, onions, tomatoe) I also use chicken or turkey in this . Good for any meal! Very filling.


spray pan let heat up , add veggies and meat. saute a bit when spinach is wilted add egg white and feta cheese( low heat.) cook until not runny. fold in half push a bit to let out any egg that dd not cook. Flip over cook and push top off with cheese. Put on plate
