    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Edamame, shelled, 2 cup
    Parsley, 1/2 bunch, chopped
    Millet, 1 cup
    Garden of Life Raw Protein, 1 serving
    Water, 1 1/2 cup
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Oregano, 2 tsp
    Salt & Pepper
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 8 oz


Layer all ingredients (except yogurt) in a covered casserole dish and bake 90 minutes in a 350 degree pre-heated oven. The millet will soak up the juices and water as it cooks. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Top with Greek Yogurt.
