    Scrambled Egg +1 egg white
    Ground Turkey
    Chopped/roasted Green Chilis
    Flour/Multigrain Tortilla
    Bell Pepper, Green
    Bell Pepper, Red
    Chilli Powder


I recommend making these in batches and freezing them for an on the go breakfast, to grab in the mornings. These can be heated up at work. They freeze and reheat well.

Brown Ground Turkey.
While meat is cooking scramble 1 whole egg +1 egg white.
Dry sautee green and red peppers.
Cook Scrambled eggs
Combine Cooked Ground Turkey, with scrambled eggs and mix gently. Next add cooked peppers. Finally add your Chopped/roasted green chilis. Wrap in tortilla and serve with salsa or dry.
