    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.5 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup(remove)
    *Flour, white, 0.5 cup(remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp(remove)


To get cutlets super thin sliced when chicken is slightly frozen.


Slice boneless/skinless chicken brease into thin flat "cutlets or tenders"/the thinner the better. Beat eggs and milk ii bowl big enough to dip cutlets. Coat cutlets in flour the egg/milk mixture then bread crumbs.
Repeat process until all cutlets are breaded'. Brown cutlets in oil over med./high heat.
