Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 tsp coconut oil
    2 cups of kale or spinach
    2 T flax seeds
    1 cup berries
    1 banana

Tips

You can add any fruit and ice if you like.


Directions

Put water in blender, blend in kale and or spinach, add banana, then berries, flax seeds then coconut oil. Blend til smooth. Drink and Enjoy
