    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large(remove)
    Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1/4 cup), 2 serving(remove)
    Nabisco Ritz Crackers 10 crackers crushed.
    Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 2 tbsp (melted)


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray square baking pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Beat egg & mix with corn add to pan. Baked in oven about 10 mins until egg is set. While corn/egg mixture is baking mix melted butter & crushed ritzs cracker togeather. When corn/egg mixture is set remove from oven top with cracker mivture then cheese. Bake an aditional 5-10mins (until cheese is melted). Cut into squares & enjoy.
