    16 oz ground sausage
    6 large eggs
    1/4 tsp ground mustard
    7 oz reduce fat cheddar cheese
    one cup milk 1 percent
    4 cups cubed white bread


Can be made night before and then baked next day. I have also done this with cooked turkey bacon cut into small pieces.


in skillet cook ground sausage, drain well
in a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray place cubed bread. Scamble eggs, mustard and eggs together and poyur ov er bread. Using abck of spoon to press into to make bread take on mixture. Cover with sausage, top off with cheese. Cover and place in refridge for one hour or over night.
Bake 45 moins in oven at 350. Serve hot or cold.
