    Real Coconut water 16 oz serving, 16 oz(remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(remove)
    Grapes, .5 cup, seedless(remove)
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup(remove)
    *Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% pineapple juice (2 slices), 1 serving(remove)


Put everything into a blender and blend. Drink when finished.
