Number of Servings: 2


    1 whole avocado
    2 tsp margarine
    1 ounce of lemon juice
    2 cups of pasta
    1 medium tomato
    1 cup of fresh mushrooms
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 tsp basal
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tsp oregano
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Opt. 1 ounce of cheese


Boil Pasta for aprox. 12 min or to taste
Chop mushrooms, broccoli, tomato,
Mix pasta and chopped vegetables

Sauce: Blend Avocado, Margarine and lemon juice, basal, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper for sauce

Pour sauce onto pasta
Opt. sprinkle cheese over the pasta
