Ingredients

    2 cups cooked cut up chicken breast
    4 corn tortillas, cut up
    .5 cup chopped onion, cooked
    2 cups cooked chopped broccoli
    1 cup frozen corn kernels, cooked
    1 can green enchilada sauce
    8 oz. plain greek yogurt
    2 cups cabot 50% reduced fat cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook the tortillas in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray until brown. Mix together chicken, tortillas, onion, broccoli, corn, green enchilada sauce, and yogurt in a bowl. Place half of the mixture in a 8 x 8 pan and top with 1 cup of shredded cheese and then place the rest of the mixture on top and finish with the rest of the cheese. Cook at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
