Ingredients

    · Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    · Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    · Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    · Sweet peppers (bell), 1 small
    · Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk
    · Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch
    · Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    · Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    · Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    · Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 4 tsp
    · Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup
    · Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce (Thrifty Maid, canned), 2 cup

Tips

**Serve sauce over whole wheat spaghetti

**Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese (not included in nutrition facts)


Directions

1. Wash, and slice vegetables
2. Season vegetables with the following: 1/2 tbsp Onion powder, 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black and 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
3. Steam seasoned vegetables
4. Boil Spaghetti
5. Empty steamed vegetables into a sauce pan
6. Add fhe following to the steamed vegetables: 2 cups Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce, 1/2 tbsp Onion powder, 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black and 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
7. Let simmer, until sauce is warm
