    2/3c water
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp honey
    2 cups Hodgson Mill 50/50 white and wheat flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast


Put the ingredients in the bread macine pan. Select dough setting. When cycle is complete, remove th edough. Form it into a ball and let rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease a pizza pan or cookie sheet , or you can sprinkle it with cornmeal to prevent sticking.

Divide the dough in half and using both hands, streach the dough to fit the pan (or whatever shape you desire) and press it evenly into it. Pinch the dough around the edges to form a rim. add desired toppings, and bake for 12-14 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the crust is lightly browned.

*suggestion* I have added garlic powder and basil, or garlic powder and jalapenos for a flavored crust

I actually prefer to cut the dough into 8 equal parts and make mini pizza crust (I take the cook time down to 8-9mins) I also let them rise after I roll them out. I store the crusts in a ziplock bag in the freezer for future use.
