    Sun Dried Tomatoes (no oil), 1.5 oz(remove)
    Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil, 100 gram(s)(remove)
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 4 oz(remove)
    Kroger Brand Light Cream Cheese, 16 tbsp(remove)
    *Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 30 tbsp(remove)
    *Parmesean Shredded Cheese, 6 tbsp(remove)
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp(remove)
    **Spice World Minced Garlic, 30 gram(s)(remove)
    *Greek Seasoning - salt free [Spice Hunter], 2.5 tsp(remove)
    Salt to taste, if you like.


I rinse and squeeze out the olives and artichokes so the actual fat content is probably a little less than the recipe indicates.


Combine all items in a food processor and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least an hour, but the flavors marry best overnight.
