Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup (dry) oatmeal
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    1/3 cup honey 1 tsp. vanilla

    Roll into 18 uniform sized balls.

Tips

I left mine on a dinner plate on the counter overnight, then kept them in a zip top plastic bag in my drawer at work. They lasted more than 2 weeks without going stale.
