Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cup, solid or chunks(remove)
    Sour Cream, 1 cup(remove)
    Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing, 10 tbsp(remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large(remove)
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup(remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .15 cup(remove)
    *Almond flour, 0.25 cup(remove)
    ** Coconut flour topping - 1/4, 1 serving(remove)

Directions

Beat eggs, sour cream, ranch dressing in a bowl. Mix together all the other ingredients (except parmesan cheese) in a large bowl. Add in the egg mixture. Mound in fist sized rounds on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cook at 375 for abuot 35 minutes.
