    Crust: Cream cheese, half cup light spreadable butter, flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Filling light brown sugar, egg beaters, 1/8 teaspoon salt, ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon light spreadable butter, chopped pecans, the Nella extract.


Preheat oven to 350░. Spray a mini-muffin pan with Pam spray. In a large mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter until light and fluffy. Add the flour and salt and mix well. Line the cups of the mini muffin pan with the crust dough being sure press the dough up the sides. Combine the filling ingredients and mix well. Pour into the pastry lined muffin cups and bake at 350░ for 22 to 25 minutes until brown and almost firm. Let cool briefly before removing from the pan.
