Ingredients

    4 7oz. filets Salmon
    1 lemon sliced
    3 T. garlic olive oil
    dash pepper

Directions

Place fish filets in 9x13 baking dish. Cover with lemon slices and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle pepper on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Bake 375 for about 25 minutes or fish flakes easily.
