    1# Ground beef
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning
    1 15 oz can drained Kidney beans
    1 15 oz can undrained black beans
    1 20 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 4 oz can diced green chilies
    11 corn tortillas
    1/4 c sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 c six cheese Itailin
    4 19 oz cans La Victoria Enchilada Sauce

    Brown hamburger and drain. Add beans, tomatoes and chili. Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
    Pour 1 cup Enchilada sauce in bottom of pan. From the open can of sauce, pour remaining sauce in shallow dish. Adding more as needed.
    Warm tortillas in skillet for a few seconds.
    Dip warmed tortilla in sauce covering both sides.
    Fill tortilla with about 1/4-1/3 c of meat mixture and roll.
    Put in baking dish seam side down.
    Pour remaining sauce on top of tortillas.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350
    Top with sour cream if desired. (not included in nutritional info)


Bake 350 for 30 minutes
