    Atlantic or Wild salmon filet - 3 oz per serving
    Sprinkle with low sodium Old Bay seasoning
    Evenly sprinkle with dill weed herb (one or both sides)

Tips

Serve with a tossed salad and brown rice for a complete meal.


Directions

Broil on high for 3-5 minutes, turn over for another 3 minutes.
