    1 lg egg
    .5 t 2% or 1% milk
    1/8 c. 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
    1 flour tortilla (33g)


Scramble the egg over low heat. Add .5 t to the eggs while constantly stirring to keep the egg light & fluffy. When egg is almost done cooking, stir in the cheese until melted.

Spoon the egg mixture onto the center of the tortilla and roll the edges inward to make the wrap.

Makes 1 serving

Serve immediately. Or let cool, seal in plastic wrap and put in a freezer bag. May be frozen up to 1 month.

To use frozen wrap, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove plastic wrap and wrap tortilla in a moist paper towel. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds or until heated throughout. Serve immediately.
