Ingredients

    2 baking apples
    0.5 cup raisins
    6 dried apricots chopped
    3 tsp Splenda
    0.5 cup whole meal flour
    0.5 cup whole meal oats
    0.25 cup brown sugar
    1 tble cinnamon

Directions

Put fruit and Splenda in pan with enough water to cover fruit, cook till fruit soft and breaking up. Drain juice (keep for other recipes as full of flavour) mix with fingers the flour, oats, brown sugar and margarine into a crumbly texture. Stir in cinnamon.

Put fruit into an oven proof dish, add a little of the juice. Top with crumble mix.

Cook at 180 for 30-40 mins
