Introduction

I make a pitcher of these smoothies every week for breakfast and snacks. If it's not sweet enough, I add a packet of Equal. I make a pitcher of these smoothies every week for breakfast and snacks. If it's not sweet enough, I add a packet of Equal.

Ingredients

    2 c. blueberries
    1 c. strawberries
    4 c. Fage 0% yogurt
    2 c. low fat milk
    1 T. honey
    1 T. fresh grated ginger
    juice of 1 lemon

Tips

I keep this in the pitcher in the fridge, but if my freezer was big enough I'd store them in individual drink cups.


Directions

Throw all ingredients into 2-qt pitcher. Puree til smooth with immersion blender. Add ice if you plan to drink right away.

Serving Size: Makes 6 10-oz servings.
