Classic French's Crunchy Onion Chicken Classic French's Crunchy Onion Chicken
Number of Servings: 4


    4 oz. French's Fried Onions
    2 T flour
    1 egg, beaten
    4, 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts


Crush French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag.

Dip chicken in egg. Coat in onion crumbs. Press firmly to adhere.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Serving Size: Serving size is 1 chicken breast, makes 4 servings.
