Ingredients

    6 cups cooked brown rice
    2 1/2 cups 8th continent original light soymilk
    1 cup egg beaters
    2 large eggs
    1 cup golden raisins
    2 TBS cinnamon
    1 tsp allspice
    1 cup splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Cook in 9x9 or 10x10 inch brownie pan (deep) at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm with a dollop of cool whip!
