Ingredients

    0.50 cup Milk, 1%
    2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil
    4 serving Baked Russett Potato Medium (MM) (by MADSKINNY)
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2 cup Cauliflower, raw
    4 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Directions

1. Cook turkey, mushrooms, and onions in olive oil until no longer pink. Drain.
2. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onion powder.
3. Top with corn.
4. Spread with mashed potatoes/cauliflower. Sprinkle top with cheese.
5. Bake until awesome.
