    15.5 oz Purdue tender and tasty chicken tenderloins, thawed
    2 Cups Kellogg's Special K Cereal
    2 Cups French's french fried onions
    1 egg
    5 Tbl Flour
    2 Tbl Garlic powder


Put cereal, french fried onions, flour and garlic powder in large ziploc bag. Crush mixture and shake it to mix it up well.

Beat egg and dip chicken pieces into in. Put pieces into ziploc bag. Zip bag shut and shake until all pieces of chicken are thouroughly coated.

Pour contents of bag into a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish and drizzle remaining egg over it.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
