    1 15 oz container of fat free ricotta cheese
    1 cup of part skim shredded mozz. cheese
    2 egg whites
    1 serving (17 slices) of Hormel turkey pepperoni cut into quaters

    your choice of spices - I use crushed red pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning


mix everything together -- bake at 350
