    3 leeks, chopped
    3 cups butternut squash, cubed
    25g parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
    5 cloves of garlic, crushed
    1Tbs walnut oil
    1Tbs sesame oil
    300g arborio rice (about 1.5C)
    3 Tbs Marigold (or other brand) bouillon powder
    750ml water


Place all but parmesan cheese in a Pampered Chef stoneware deep dish baker and place in oven at 180C 0r 375F for about 30-45 minutes, stirring a couple times throughout. When water is soaked up, and rice is cooked, stir in parmesan cheese and bake for another few minutes.
