    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 large egg slightly beaten
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup black coffee


Heat oven 350 degrees. Coat 9" pan with spray then place a circle of waxed paper over it.
Whisk together dry ingredients. Add liquids and mix to blend well. Pour into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool in pan. Turn over and remove waxed paper.
Dust with powdered sugar.
