Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Cucumber (long English-type with peel), 1/2 cucumber
    Mangos, 1 fruit cut into small chunks
    Lime Juice, 2 T (or to taste)
    Orange Bell Pepper, 1/2 pepper cut into chunks
    Poblano Pepper, 1/2 pepper diced
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit cut into small chunks
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup (1 can rinsed well)

Tips

Salt is optional. This is also good on top of greens (lettuce or spinach).


Directions

Mix ingredients together and enjoy.
